Petitions never work... BUT there is supposed to be an announcement regarding localization of The Last Story in December sometime so there may be hope yet.

As for me, its one of my most anticipated games.

Not necessarily, Last Story Gaiden would work. Nintendo only published, Santa Monica is a first party.

Seeing this is IP is Nintendo owned the chances of a Wii version of GoW along with Killzone would be about the same as this landing on the PS3.  I guess you'll have to "DUST OFF" your "imaginary" Wii in order to play this and Epic Mickey, DKCR, Kirby EY etc.


That sucks for me. Last Story looks great. I am not that interested in the other games, maybe a little for DKC for that little nostalgia.

@Baddman: I didn't know that little detail. I guess I'll have to rely to emulators then.

What about all the other great games which are already out? I'm not hear to act all fanboy on you, but if you can say there's not, well let's say 15 Wii games which interest you then you haven't looked far enough. Heck, Goldeneye, Epic Mickey, TLS, Xenoblade, Sonic Colours, DQX, Donkey Kong Country returns and Skyward Sword are 8 games which may sway you off the top of my head, and this is only in the next 6 months!! Wishing for these games to come out on the PS3/360 will only harm sales of great games as well as losing consumer cofidence in the product, what happened in 2008/2009 of the Wii's lifespan

Look, this isn't aimed at you parse. I'm just frustrated at all these people on the internet without a Wii saying "DA WII HAZ NO GAMEZ!" without looking, then complain when it gets a good exclusive, instead of buying one (I saw one in my local Gamestation with Wii Sports, remote, nunchuck for £70!) when really all you have to do is look just a little bit to find a torrent of gems coming out/al;ready released. If you don't mind SD graphics (which are fine, look at this game, MH, Galaxy, Epic Yarn etc.) and aren't too fussed about FPS' (even though I LOVE pointer controls) then the Wii is your best bet. People should just lay off with the no games talk now. It's getting old.

The  fact that Xenoblade hasn't even been announced it's being localised yet worries me though...

Excactly, in fact I currently look at the torrent sites and shake my head as to how many lost sales Nintendo already has on piracy!!!  In fact, Other M on a particular site already has 60K illegal downloads which is costing Nintendo major $$$$$.  Punch-Out had over a million illegal download etc.  It's no wonder why Wii software sales are so low b/c of piracy.  I wonder if there is anything Nintendo could do to resolve this issue.  Maybe next time they could use a propriety disc like the HD-DVD, Blu-ray or multi gig mini-disc making it difficult to copy or rip. I think that out of 70 million Wii owners 25-35% are guilty of some sort of piracy like Dolphin etc!!!

I believe there is are specific reason N made a partnership with mistwalker...

Xenoblade is for the Jap audience... it's not as evident to come over.

 

though yes, the ample coverage of the 2 titles should guarantee the trip to the US at the very least (I just wish that they released an EU english version only of games they don't want to bring to the EU.... it'd cost them litteraly nothing and give EU players the option to get it).
