By itself the color probably won`t have a great impact, but the whole package will surely have. NSMBWii is still selling pretty healthly and it would end up been a must for people this christmas, so, packaging it with Wii will surely increase sales.

I don't see any compelling reasons why a red Wii would move more hardware than a black one. NSMBWii is certainly a really nice addition to the bundle but seeing the numbers it has moved do you guys really think there are zounds of customers still craving this? There is such a thing as market saturation and it has been moving roughly 12k steadily for the past couple of months on average. It will have another good holiday season for sure but does anyone expect this to perform anywhere near the huge christmas hits this year (Black Ops, Reach, GT5)?

I could never depart from my saved game files or my VC/WW games.  I am sure there is a way to transfer your Nintendo account to another Wii.  I wonder if you could have your same Nintendo account on two seperate systems and be able to download the games onto both.  My guess is probably not.

Stop tempting me to buy DSi XL already. I am trying to save for 3DS here.

I already have a white Nintendo Wii but the red one looks sexy.  Also, I own NSMBWii as well so the bundle to me is somewhat void.  However, this bundle could move some hardware this Christmas holiday :).  I think it was smart of NIntendo to do this.  Now all they have to do is advertise the new bundle and see what happens.

As for the Nintendo DSi XL bundle, that's something that I could see myself buying.  However, I really should wait till the 3DS is released before I fork out the money.
