I feel ya man, alot of people say"graphics mean nothing its about how fun the game is" i say BS IMO graphics play a major roll in the fun factor of a game.jezz, I also got spoiled by Uncharted 2 and God of war, i stopped buying non exclusive games unless i can buy it on PC.Dont get me wrong I have fun playing wii mario kart with friends but i have many friends with an inch of dust on it. But im the type of of person who needs to play computer games at 1920x1200 max graphics or i dont want to play it

I agree aswell, graphics don't make the game but they do play a big part in immersing you into it. And when it comes to graphics it's all about raising the bar, and there is always a certain bar at any time. If a game go's under that bar, it takes away from the experience.

Maybe you can write a Dear Playstation letter to Kevin Butler and cry on his shoulder. Beyond this, I do recommend you get the Namco Essentials and play the likes of Pac Man and Xevious, so that you can see there is more to life than just graphics.

Ok, if this is the case, it saves me from having to an Atari 2600 is the pinacle of gaming thread. There are times you can go SO over the top that the air is so thin, you can't even breath.

That's what I've been doing buddy. Ps3 for its exclusives, 360 for its exclusives. PC for all multi plats, just because they look even better then each consoles exclusives!
All of this, of course, is just my opinion.

I felt the exact same way last gen.
Which made me buy games in this pecking order.
Xbox > Gamecube > PS2
Playing crappy graphics on my new HDTV, back then, made me feel neglected. u__u
Nice one. It would've been pretty boring if there weren't blind people (or people who respond without reading the first post) but right now it's pretty good.
