Three days = three more chances to delay it again.

This is pretty pathetic really.  As software developers - delays = failure.  

This project has been a lot of failure, even if the game turns out great.  The cost of development must have been monumental, and Polyphonic is just cutting into their own profits time and time again.

They've already made a whole load of money from Prologue, so profitability is not really a question, but that is not what they want, they want driving perfection

If the Blu-ray facility is booked up then they will have to make some new arrangements?  I could be talking shite as I have no idea how this works, but it makes sense to me.

So wait I'm a bit confused here Is it really only a 3 day delay or is it still coming out near holiday time? I plan on getting a PS3 next month and this game is high on my list since I have all the GT games since the first playstation.

did some research and  found out that its few days delay for security reasons to prevent hacking.

I'd rather it be delayed by a month than not be able to reach 10 Million!!!

Yeah, as others have pointed out, a 3 day delay from the developer doesn't necesarily mean a 3 day delay for the whole production line, the initial delay might cause you to lose your slot at the blu-ray plant, at the rating agencies, with the shipping companies etc., and these could not have a not slot available for quite some time, especially just before Christmas. I think the reason Sony hasn't announced a new date yet is because they will need time to figure out when it is possible to have them out.

GT 5 will get a slot, and Sony aren't producing any other new games... GT 5 rules all remember!
