PES not too shabby either, almost 4 times that of 360 numbers for it..either way both HD consoles had great SW numbers this week..with some rep from DS and PSP as well

Wait till Wii party and just dance charts, Wii may wipe the floor of other platform SW next week.

ugh ok? :S doesn't change the fact of the matter this week tho. HD's wiped the floor with Wii this week. But yea I do belive we will see a HW and SW boost with Wii Party, Red Bundle thing etc. When is that bundle coming btw?

You messed up as in taking the piss ouf of me, Red wii is coming ro Japan this year, the red wii bundle with NSMBWii should be in EMEAA this year, no word on USA.

I think Nintendo could announce it for this year ,ready for Xmas, with the hot titles, seeing as it would do wonders as holiday sales go.

No real surprises in these numbers. The DS is simply amazing though, I can't believe how insane the sales are after all this time and all those units sold. Seems like the Western handheld market has really expanded tremendously this generation!

I guess it's not a surprise considering the growth of the console market.  Handhelds are generally cheaper and they're portable of course.  Makes sense.

Wouldn't it be awesome if the PS2 survived until the deterioration of all 3 consoles, and it remained at this low level and matched even Wii sales when they fall?  I would LOL so hard......

At this point, it has a .01% chance of happening, but with some slight "End of Production" promotion from Sony and the approaching drop for all 3.....it would just be amazing.  Hail to the King!
