Forums - Nintendo - Which of these games are worth getting?? (Wii)

Castlevania Judgement = pretty bad game, not well made at all, didn't have much fun, bad controls and just didn't FEEL good at all

*Excitebots: Trick Racing* = very very very very very FUN!!! :D - i liked it almost better than MKWii... if only it had more than two people multiplayer, it has online with 6 people

Little King's Story = never played

Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers = crap, repetitive, not well made (i only "tried it" though, didn't play for more than half an hour)

Zack & Wiki: Quest For Barbados Treasure = kinda fun, intersting, looks great, got boring after a while, never finished it

I'd recommend Exitebots if you're in the mood for a racer that is sorta like MKWii but more action, requires a bit more skill and is MUCH faster! plus LOTS of fun :D

I was checking your games collection and saw you are also into some niche stuff.. and then I saw one must have missing...

Did you thought about getting Okami?

Zack And Wiki and Little king's story: they are both critically acclaimed but i couldn't get into them. i guess they're not games for everyone. i suggest to try them before buying.

Castlevania Judgement is not as bad as some people say, but the online is dead and even on local multiplayer, there are some serious character balance issues. not completely bad but there are a lot of better fighting games, TvC, Guilty Gear, even the Naruto games are actually quite good.

never played oneechanbara or excite bots, but from what i've seen/read i'd go with this last one.

Hm... I never really thought about that one. I might have to check it out..

Dude seriously.. Little Kings Story. You won't regret it.

Zack and Wiki is pretty good too but demands quite a bit of patience and a love of puzzles.

Okami is a classic, especially if you like adventure games such as Zelda. It is one of my all time favourite games.

If I was you I would search on Ebay and get Little Kings story and Okami.  They are probably available for a price of 30-40$ (together).

Zack and Wiki is for me rather an okay game...Yeah it had a lot of hype but I still wonder if that was because it is one of the few non-Nintendo Wii games that was atleast a little fun to play.

Little Kings Story and Okami totally deserve the hype.. I just hope you love them so much like I did (especially Okami).

I noticed someone else mentioned Cursed Mountain. Definitely a good game if you like adventure mixed with a little horror. Bought new last Christmas for $15.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
