LOL!! GT5 pre-order is sad. considering how many people have been screaming about the game on every site I go to, I expected them to already have at least 500K pre-orders. It's not even close. GT5 Prologue sold about 3.3 million copies, which is impressive for a demo. I'll be surprised if it sells more then it's demo. People are expecting it to sell 5-6 million copies, but I don't think it'll reach that plateau.

 

Fable 3 will sell over a million before the year is out, that's for sure.

Thank you, I won't be supporting black ops but it is still fun to watch what is going to happen. I just can't give bobby any more of my money.  That guy is just something else. He's most likely punching a new born in the face right now. I'm hoping people go and cancel there pre-order after this revelation.

I think GT5 will sell great, but don't think it will make 10M at all, maybe 8. The difference for me is Sony is not as popular in the US as they were 6 yrs ago, and Japan's PS3 base is alot lower then the PS2's. Plus PS3 games don't have alot of legs in Japan. It's these little things that i believe will stop it from crossing the 10M finish line. Although, i do hope i am wrong.

You have got to accept, GT5 doing 3K more in weekly pre-orders compared to Forza 3 in the same weeks up to launch isn't how I had dreamed GT5 would be launching in NA.

Then again this series has legs so I am not really worried....it'll just be less front loaded

There's nothing OMG about the increase nor is there any need to be sad about pre-order numbers. Games like GT don't need huge opening week like FPS, it will sell for years.

Lol what ?? Mw2 stills selling thousands and thousands... Dont expect GT5 to have such a huge lefs like Mw2 at least for 1st year.
