Radical Republican Joe Miller goes on to say unemployment benefits, Social Security, MediAid, MediCare are unconstitutional.
The Government should only provide military and police forces with small tax rates. Public spending is a waste of tax payers money and unconstitutional . A lot of reforms and amendments would need to be overturned that breach the original Constitution constructed in the 18th century. He goes on to say child slave labour laws are in breach of the American constitution.
Should the American constitution from the 18th century be strictly enforced? Do you support Miller's stances on these controversial issues?

I am late to this thread, and only read the first few posts. Someone might have covered this...
First off, he is not for removing a minimum wage, he is just against the federal government setting it. As he said in the video you posted, that his state has a minimum wage higher then the federal one.
I find it funny when people react to Tea Party members views, who have no idea what there views are.
A Tea Party member wants to limit federal government. Not all government. Just because they don't want the Federal Government doing something, does not mean they don't want it done.
Look at it this way. The EU is a collection of governments. How would you feel if the EU just took over every law for the 27 members? Each country could not set there own labor or civil laws, they could not chose how to teach there countrymen. The EU would set all those rules, and they would pass a law that says no country can have a law that counters it.
That's what has happened to the US. When the US was founded, it was far more like the EU is today. The Federal government was giving a limited set of rules that the states had to follow, and the states were allowed to make up the rest. Over the last 100-150 years or so, there has been a huge power grab, and now the states have no power at all.
Tea Party members see this as a bad thing, and I do to. Don't think just because someone doesn't want the Federal Government involved in something, that they don't want it governed. That's just not the case.
