Education should be done at a federal level. My main reason is that when I was a kid and had to move from New Jersey to Texas, El Paso. I had to learn Spanish at a pretty high level and I never been in a Spanish class. I had to already do essays in SPANISH! I find that such bull how you have to adjust to another state education program when you move and you can fail because of that.
