I was on earlier with tone and JamminR, and tone was having a bad time with lag. I've never really had any problems and I spent at least 6 hours on there today.

I'm not sure whether or not I like the addition of wolves yet.

I mean, wolves are awesome and everything, but I have a tendency to get way too attached to my animal buddies in games. (Especially if they're dogs or bears.) So much so, in fact, that I often place their wellbeing above my own.

Oh, and is it just me, or are zombies waaaaay slower than they used to be?

there seem to be a hell of a lot more zombies in lighter areas then there were before

 my dumb moment of the day.... when moving form VNC to something more secure, i had to change port fwding. the number of zeros in the port is very important

took me forever to figure out what was wrong. the great news on this is now as long as i have internet access and one of my macs i can remote in and update the client. i never felt safe using vnc that way so it was never enable, but i now have secure tunnels to the server woot!!

also i fixed a bug that was stopping the load minecraft server on boot after a poweroutage

edit this also means if you email me when you see issues i can remote in and check the computer in real time. though i strongly feel now it may be add ons causing the issues. i did not see lag when using a droidx to teather my mac while beign remoted into the same computer in the background. combining this with the other data from testing which i will do more of should give us a better idea, also really looking into a small ssd any recomendations?

so this may be our issue:

 Seemingly as of Beta 1.3, some people get huge delays between the client and server, sometimes as large as 3 minutes. This is not like normal lag

really the whole MP issue seems  exasebated in builds since 1.3.

so may not be mods, but as for now i have no solution i cant find a problem on my side. and it does not seem to be effecting everyone.

OK, wick, I hate to leave a job half finished in another man's base, but I just can't work like this.  I'm playing whack-a-mole with disappearing/reappearing blocks, sometimes a dozen times. 

Your stuff is perfectly operational, I made sure of that.  But the button I placed isn't even connected to anything, much less a working rail connection.

[edit:  never mind, it got better.  Unfortunately, even under the best of circumstances sleep must take its toll.  I made considerable progress -- by which I mean I figured out what the heck I'm doing but haven't done much of it yet -- and I'll get back on it tomorrow.]
