oh i understand, belive me i lost about 4 hours work,  jamminrs place was destroyed. only yourself and wick really got away without much damage, and only because i made it back to base camp to see that the ass was griefing before he got there he was mthodicaly destorying everything. though i did not check your entire base, just the old floating castle, he seemed to have just destroyed lighting in it so far.

this is only the second griefer we have had to deal with in the months this server has been up, i think ill go back to twice daily back ups, form the once a day i had been doing for the last month.

im working 60 hours this week and dealing with auto insurance people so im kinda strapped for time till friday (week started sat for me, and i was not at fault in wreck). ill look into the tools when i can and see if i can recover anything

Just as long as my work today survives... I've gotten my castle's main core done and it's looking PHENOMENAL

I stocked up the replacement "community noob boxes" some this morning. If anybody ever needs a sign, that's the place to go. O_O

that is Joe he gets admin status on any server i create as he introduced me to minecraft. he's an admin he's just been gone for a bit after an incident when this server first went public on vgc, i was not backing up diligently then, and a greiffer in the first 36 hours burned down a wooden tree he had built. the obsidian tower is his recreation in a kind of fuck you way to the greiffer since i was unable to restore at that time. now we back up every 24 hours min, normally every 12-14 depending on how long im at work.

as for the start up area, yea it needed to be stocked been working of fixing creeper damage to abandoned sections and got hit there, we also need to light the spawn i feel and make a clearer path to the starting goods

I can't even remember where the spawn is.

I think I'll have to go exploring away from my little area and see what new structures have sprung up.

I built a Stargate.

I started work on a second Stargate, this one far, far larger. It's not done - I'm doing an entire layer of glowstone, then a layer of glass, then a layer of water in the middle. It's going to take a while.

I've gotten a little help from JamminR in digging out the middle. It's slowly getting there.

It's MASSIVELY outdated now. Off the top of my head, I can think of two Stargates, a giant pyramid, and my second castle that it doesn't have on it.
