I could see Resistace 3 selling 1.5 million next year

I could see Killzon 2 selling 2 million next year

And I could see Uncharted 3 selling 2.5 million next year

Those three games could sell 6 million total next year.

For 360, we dont know any other shooters other than Gears 3.

I could see Gears 3 being the biggest in the series and selling 5.5 million next year- almost outselling sony's games combined...what do you think?

next year I' should have plenty of owning threads with Socom 4 KZ3 Infamous and Twisted Metal

G3 wont sell more than KZ3 and R3 or KZ3 and Socom4 each one of those two variations will sell 6M plus im not going to even bother doing 3 PS3 games laughing out loud

Replace Uncharted with Socom instead.

Socom 4 is also coming out on the PS3. It will probably sell at least 1-1.5m.

If Uncharted 3 arrives in a similair timeframe to the previous title (mid october) 2.5 may be a tad high. Although it has established itself as a popular franchise with U2. So perhaps that may be lowballing it.

I'd see Killzone 3 possibly selling a bit more. Perhaps 2.5 by years end.

Resistance 3, 1.5 seems on the low end, I'd say it will sell a bit more. It's getting a full development cycle this time, so I'd be expecting higher review scores and an overall higher quality game, which will lead to bigger sales.

For Gears Of War 3, it will depend on when it hits. 4-5 million before the end of the year is probably a given.

Resistance 3 I think you're about right on. Although depending on the Month it releases I think it could hit 2 Million.

Killzone 3 I think could sell close to 2 Million before the year is done.

Uncharted 3 if it releases will breeze past 2.5, will probably hit 3 Million. Maybe reaching for 3.5 Million.

Socom 4 too. I would say 1-1.5 Million for it by years end.

If Agent releases, that one could range from 1 Million to 5 Million.. But we know absolutely nothing about it. Would need to know a lot more before predicting that one.

I wouldn't call Uncharted 3 a shooter.  It is an action adventure game along the lines of Tomb Raider.

I'm sure there will be more shooters for 360 in 2011.  Microsoft only announces a few games in the previous year for the following year and then starts announcing more at CES in Las Vegas in January.

Maybe a Perfect Dark sequel next year as Rare has been really quiet and only is shipping Kinect Sports this year?  Maybe we will see Dead Island from Techland which is supposed to be PC/360 exclusive?

i dont think uncharted 3 will release next year but if it does i think it will outperform uncharted 2 by quite a bit. at that time uncharted 2 should be around 4.5 million and with the increased install base i could see a week 1 of 1.5 million for u3 and lifetime sales well above 5 million.

i also think killzone 3 wil outperform killzone 2, i also think it will crack a million in week 1 and go on to sell just under 4 million lifetime

resistance 3 will be the best selling in the series, i estimate strong reviews, and strong holiday sales.

very optimistic  but i like my chances, the games will be great, i like their release windows, i just hope the marketing is done well.

uncharted 3 will be as big a release as gears 3, maybe not in week 1 or month 1 numbers but lifetime sales they wont be more than 500k apart.  i would bet money on it.
