i wasn't just targeting blu-ray sales in my earlier comment but the PS3 SW sales which will earn sony alot

They aren't going to drop it to $249 this year because the hardware would be sold at a loss again. Also, sales have been solid so its not absolutlely necessary to do that.

Well this is certainly a pleasant surprise to come home to. I knew Move would boost sales in EMEAA. I honestly have no idea why people thought otherwise. I've been saying for over a month now that it's basically a price cut in that region.
