DQ is an RPG, the DQs and FFs have all been redone for handhelds, how was IX surprising to be on the DS?

I'm talking about franchises like Street fighter, Resident Evil, Ridge Racer... you know, the ones that usually are consoles and not handheld...

There is a big difference in putting a remake on a handheld and putting the main installment on a handheld.

And you do realise all the series you mentioned have had instalments on handhelds before

And Dragon Quest IX didn't make this obvious to you?

But they have Dragon Quest X for Wii...if it is released that's it.

Above: still the best game of the year.

japan loves handhelds and Pokemon

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

The Japanese are for more indulgent on handhelds than major consoles.

Ever been to Japan? They walk around with handheld consoles like they are cell phones.

Yes they are, you only need to see DQ9 or VC2 to see it
