Heads, hands and faces are what you need to work on if you want constructive criticism.
Hands are damned hard though.

Looks to me as thought the hair on the front and top of the girls head is not really attached to her forehead. You can see the line of the forehead from just above the eyebrows but then the hair seems to sit out beyond the bounds of where we would reasonably expect her head to be.
Try to use different thickness of pencil strokes so that you get some depth into your drawings.. don't be afraid to use more then 1 line when you put one.. if the line sucks don't erase it.. leave it there and try again.. that way you'll learn from your previous mistakes.. I could give more tips but I'm only paid part-time to be a graphic design teacher.... and today is not one of those days..
