Sales of F1 2010 in the UK were nearly split down the middle between the PS3 and the 360 in the UK for the week ending September 25th. The racing simulator on the 360 cruised slightly ahead of the PS3 version by a 51:48 ratio. The remaining 2% of sales were made up by the PC version of the game.

Also releasing in the region last week was Capcom’s Dead Rising 2. With a ration of 63:36 sales of the slapstic zombie apocalypse sequel favored best on Microsoft’s 360 by a landslide. The sales gap is most likely due to the poor PS3 port and exclusive DLC for the 360 version. Despite that sales of both versions combined failed to overtake Bungie’s Halo: Reach and/or Codemaster’s F1 2010.
