No, the biggest game of 2011 will be released for the 3DS. Most likely a Mario game such as a 3DS version of Super Mario 64 or Mario Kart 3DS.

If Bioshock Infinite comes 2011 it could be the biggest game save for a new Cod. It will be the best game hands down though, the gameplay trailer alone makes it look like quite possibly the best game ever.

I guess Wii Party is an option provided that Wii still exists in 2011...

Seriously Pokemon will probably outsell it. On home system it has little serious competition though, but Crysis 2/Dead Space 2 or Metal Gear Rising might sell more.

well if we are only counting single platform console sales for 2011 releases. The only ones that are almost guaranteed to outsell it still haven't even gotten a release date. GTA5, MW3, FPS Halo, Wii game with Wii in its name. Titles that have a shot of outselling it are legend of zelda.  Very slim chance Littlebigplanet 2, Killzone 3, Uncharted 3, metal gear solid.

But if multiplatform counts there is a huge amount of games that will likely outsell it.

By bigger I suppose we are talking about sales so:

GT5

Wii Relax

Wii Party

Pokemon B&W (You'd only have to split them if they were multipatform games...)

Wii Sports Resort (maybe, now it is bundled, stand alone sales won't be as much higher)

CoD: BO (only on 360)

FlingSmash

Mario Kart 3D

Many other 3DS games, but we are yet to know which ones

Well I don't think it will be the highest selling since DS games will outsell it, but it could be the highest selling game on consoles.  GT5 and Zelda come to mind as competition but I think it will be pretty close.  Of course Multiplat COD? will probably outsell it as well but console specific it probably won't.
