Forums - Sales - 360 to sell 50m through retail by end of 2010? Lets track it......

well i've seen the prediction earlyer this yr and thought it was impossible, but now its more then likely.

i still see the race as being to close to follow. for some sad reason its always been PS3 vs 360 and it has never been more evident then this yr.

there are still other factor as play. Medal of Honor and COD. the preorders for the 360 version could indicate a spike in 360 sells higher then that of PS3's, but the future is unseen and unnone.

so here are my low ball and ball park estimates

360 45-50m

PS3 45m-48

these predictions haven't changed all yr although most if not all who had them in there sig have sence rmoved them, but what ever happens it will be fun to watch infact send me a link to this thread.

Entitled to your opinion, but you think the biggest the gap could be end of year is 5 mill? Despite being 5.7 atm and 360 still outselling PS3?

To be fair he made those predictions a while back and has stuck with them

But yes it speaks volumes that his highest 360 prediction is probably correct and his lowest PS3 prediction is probably too high.

Ah didn't see that, guess it was a good prediction at the time. 360 comeback has been awesome!

yes. all in all it will be close.

i need to clear something up here. its not what i think its an estimation of what i think is possible! the unnones are out there all over the place and they can't be ignored and nothing wins until the yr is over.

i still want that link

yep. and i see ur point. earlyer this yr i didn't think sony would reach 38m let alone 45m but i started doing alittle deducing and estimating and thats what i got.

so lost some wind this week. Hopefully next week will see a increase . still up 125,608  but need to stay ahead of 200,000 plus a week. might see a dip until kinect comes out. I think kinect will put us back on track to 50,000,000.  Lets hope for a good week next week.
