Forums - Gaming - "Talks going on" for Move/Kinect Epic Mickey

Junction Point has recently revealed the possibility of their upcoming Wii title Epic Mickey making its way to PlayStation Move and Kinect, with producer Raul Ramirez revealing that talks are currently ongoing.

Speaking to TVG during a recent event, Ramirez told the site: “I’m not allowed to comment on that, as well; of course that seems to be what everybody feels now that those controls have come in. There are talks going on, but… I don’t know.”

Obliviously we shouldn’t go calling out an announcement anytime soon. However, from the amount of fan requests and the success Move’s already seen in its first week of sales, we think it’s pretty much a given.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Personally I see this as a no brainer with PSMove, but I can't imagine it playing in any form with Kinect.

Yeah you can use your hand for the brush, but how would you move Mickey around?

Why bother, with such a minuscule end userbase?  If they decide to port, it should really be to 3DS...

The base for Move / Kinect won't be big enough for at least six months to support this type of game. Moreover, Disney games / platformers don't usually perform as well on X360 / PS3. Beyond that, Disney should at least wait to see how the game performs on Wii. If it isn't profitable but comes close, Nintendo could probably make up the difference.

Wow.. so much wrong in so few words...

1. Sony is currently adding about 50k moves per week (more as holidays approach). By the time the game is converted, the userbase, considering the target, is large enough.

2. This is EXACTLY the game (whatever it is, I don't even know) Move/Kinect is targeted at. Kids love Disney. You can be sure that Sony/MS is buttering the bread to get a well done game to its platforms.

You are going to disagree with TheSource and his all powerful Asian dude avatar (oh wait that was like years ago)? But really, disagreeing with TheSource is such a rookie move.

I would not Mind Seeing it Move over To PS3 or Kinect with 360
