* I heared that GTA will released on 360 before PS3 ? ( two weeks ) is that right ??

GTA IV. Multiplatform game that has the largest selling power of any gaming franchise on the planet (Except maybe Mario). The only thing that may save Halo 3 is if it becomes bundled with all the 360 consoles sold.

Halo 3. GTA will probably be real close (within 2m units), but since it's multi-platform, that will rob GTAIV of the sale needed to eclipse Halo 3.

Most assuredly Halo 3, look at past trends in the franchise, it has a staggering attach rate compared to GTA, and like others stated; it's multiplat, so you spread the sales across three platforms.
