Does anybody know if I can register on the UK site, even if I don't live in the UK?

You can, I did the same with Germany although I live in Switzerland. The problem is, you have to make up an adress in the UK, so you can't order stuff. I don't know if it works with the Wii Points because I have not been able to try it, but I hope so, I have collected stars ever since the launch of the Gamecube and have not been able to order a single thing yet...

So what you're saying is that if I can't find the product key in my game case. They have stoped/never had product keys in my area. Well that sucks, when I finally think that Nintendo is giving me a break. Now I can't even register my games and consoles on their website.
At least I can log in and get 5 stars/day.
I already have 1205 stars so if I log in every day. I can get a NES-game in about half a year... Yaaay -.-

Let's have these in the US... I want wii points!
