Uh-oh. Looks like Sega’s gone and confirmed Valkyria Chronicles 3 before they could even make the announcement. Currently, an image in GIF format of a show schedule found on Sega’s TGS website reads a few of the company’s presentations as “Coming Soon”. However, changing the extension from GIF to JPG reveals just what those presentations are. If you hadn’t already guessed, it’s Valyria Chronicles 3.

Unfortunately, the table fails to reveal a platform.

I have one more battle left in Valkyria 1 and I just started playing Valkyria 2.  I'm going to be Valkyria'd out!  I wish Sega would've named VC2 on the PSP Valkyria Chronicles Academy or something.  A lot of people are going to miss out on that awesome game because they don't have a PSP.  Then, they'll feel like they're missing something with the jump to VC3 (and they will be).  Anyhoo, the announcement of VC3 is great news.  It's the an addictive/quality franchise and I can't get enough of it!
