your speeds seem incredibly slow for adsl let alone adsl2 mine usually sits in the 1mbs to 2mbs down loading from steam obviously it can go under that some times but it usually sits in that range you must either be along way from the exchange or somethings wrong it also helps if you can say DL from a server close to you. good thing labour got in or no NBN for us
