yeha f it's only smb1-3, then thats a no for me. Even with SMW included it doesnt seem like a great deal yet. Hopefully nintendo will include a surprise package

Assuming you mean from the 240p of the older systems, to 480p?

For myself, I wouldn't consider it unless they used NSMBW graphics on the older games.   I already have (or can own) those on VC now, and frankly, I'm so lazy, I'd rather play the vc version than get off my ass to insert a disc (which is how a lot of my VC games end up getting played lol) for the exact same game. 

However, I would seriously consider getting this on 3DS...

It's a limited print run. At ¥2500 most likely they're not making much of profit with the booklet and soundtrack included, if any at all. It'll probably become a collectors item.
