i wonder who'll win EMEAA by the end of this generation.

Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

Seeing what the temporary price cut did in the UK for the Wii last week, I wonder if certain members will still insist that software alone is what moves consoles... I've lost count of how many times I've had that discussion in here, price is really important.

Sales are decent, 360 still doing great numbers and will likely settle around the 70-75k mark then all is said and done but by then the holiday season will be close to kicking in. PS3 not doing so great imo, up only 12% from last year (didn't the Slim launch this week last year?), could start to go stagnant at the current price point in EMEAA. Wii keeps on heading downhill, PSP will be at its deathbed this time next year and sorely needs a successor at this point. DS stilll doing extremely well, especially when factoring in the age of the system by now. Nintendo refuses to rework the Wii to spark hardware sales but hasn't the endless DS models, the PS3 Slim and 360 Slim shown that it works like hell? How about a price cut and a new model, Nintendo?

That won't do as much for a Nintendo console. Wii is already pretty "slim" and cheap. DKC and the normal holiday boost will be enough to spark Wii hardware sales.

Brilliant sales still for the 360!!!

PS3 needs a pricecut in the UK badly.

PSP is piss poor

Kane and Lynch 2 beat its launch week sales. Lol.

interesting indeed

Well if elsewhere is like here (Ireland) the game has already had its price cut in half, it's less than 30 euro here now

that would probably  be a good explanation

Hide your kids, hide your wife

I wonder if 360 will be above 200K again this week WW?

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

I gotta admit, I never imagined a REDESIGN would cause a sustained sales boost like this.  It bodes EXTREMELY well for the 360 this holiday season.  Time to throw most of the sales predictions out of the window.

Europe, middle-east, asia and africa.

Oceania too (I guess): Australia, New Zealand, etc.
