Sales are decent, 360 still doing great numbers and will likely settle around the 70-75k mark then all is said and done but by then the holiday season will be close to kicking in. That won't do as much for a Nintendo console. Wii is already pretty "slim" and cheap. DKC and the normal holiday boost will be enough to spark Wii hardware sales.

Well if elsewhere is like here (Ireland) the game has already had its price cut in half, it's less than 30 euro here now

I gotta admit, I never imagined a REDESIGN would cause a sustained sales boost like this. It bodes EXTREMELY well for the 360 this holiday season. Time to throw most of the sales predictions out of the window.
