As some of you may know, Nintendo has utilized dual layer discs for a few games, the latest one being Metroid: Other M (a wopping 7.47 Gb's) and It's gets me wondering why they dont use it for all of their big game releases. I mean if the Wii can handle dual layer discs why not use all that extra data available to put more detail into their games, larger environments,ect. Which they could do considering the highest resolution for a Wii game is only 480p.

Just wanted to know what you guys think about the subject and what games you think could effectively utilize a dual layer instead of a regualr dvd for a Wii game.

Personally I would love to see the utilize it for skyward sword. With the extra capaity god only knows what they could do with that game.

If they can make a game that fits in a CD and sells 20 millionm why would they?
