As for PS3 or 360 fanboys either crying or taunting, I really wish you would find another community.  You're making this one increasingly hard to enjoy.

Where do you see 360 owners crying?

I haven't read the whole thread, but I'd imagine there might be at least . . . one?  And again, its not OWNERS, its fanboys.  360 owners are just playing their games and enjoying the console.

Well if you haven't seen any, then why do you post that? To be better than the imaginary people? :o

I only cared when the first came to PC but considering I still haven't gotten around to getting it yet I suppose I don't really care. Isn't this thread a bit late I mean as people have said it hasn't been exclusive for a long time...

Check out my hype threads: Cyberpunk, and The Witcher 3!

Nope, If you have a ps3 there was always the option of playing it on PC, it system requirements weren't that high if you really wanted to play it

no idea how to make this properly work

i might get it

Sony just stabbed Microsoft in the heart with this move. ME2 is a must have an is probably a bigger megaton than even Microsoft taking Sony's FF exclusivity (Not that it really  mattered because they didn't get Versus). Final Fantasy sucked, and Mass Effect 2 is the 360's highest rated game of 2010. First Valve...now this?

Have you considered seeking psychiatric help ?

I care only in th sense that Sony-only gamers are only getting half the experience. Without hte ability to carry over progress from the first game, attachment to the world and understanding of the scenario is going to be severely inhibited.

The reason you care about a game releasing is because of the misfortune of others? You are a fucked up individual.

What's wrong with thinking that Sony-only gamers should be able to get the entire experience, exactly? Am I in error for thinking they're getitng the short end of the stick, here?

I think it's a bad thing that they can't play ME1.

I guess he interpreted your original statement differently from what you meant...

Anyway, IMVHO, different launch dates between XB360 and the others and different HW power between Wii and the others made the job harder than necessary for 3rd parties to make multiplatforms and they often make their choices appear awkward. Porting ME1 too to PS3 could make sense for the plot continuity's sake and it could improve ME2 sales, but in case it doesn't so significantly enough, maybe they fear that being so old and being available on PC too (I got the PC version bundled with a gaming mag for very little overprice last month), it could sell so low to not repay the porting. Actually in such cases, always IMVHO, directly porting and selling a collection could be the best solution.

It's good news that PS3 only owners can get to play such a fantastic game, but...

I think they will be disappointed as they won't be able to play ME1 and experience that game as well. They won't have any of their choices carry over or anything. That was something that I really enjoyed playing ME1 and then continuing my game into ME2. I was originally planning to get ME2 on the PC, but then I realized that I wouldn't be able to carry over my save from ME1 (360) to it, so I got the 360 version instead.

I played it without save games from ME1 because i forgotten about them and formatted my hdd and no the choices from first game just change few very small moments in the game and it was fairly obvious what choices commander shephard made in Bioware imagination.

Yes! I care, because is better for PS3 hahahaha

The game is going to be the same thing except for the fact you can`t import your character save from Mass Effect so actually PS3 version is good but not better. Playing this game using an imported save is the way to go.

For those of you that are PS3 owners I still say you must this game if you never have done it already. Mass Effect universe is an amazing one to play in.

How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to KinectPS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.
