Yea, i only use my ps3 for game saves, no music or videos are anything. I only got the 250 cuz it came with Infamous and LBP for free like 2 months ago at gamestop. If I ever fill up that 250 gb, I will be very very surprised, but it would be a possibility if Microsoft would release the zune pass program for it....(never happening).
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

I was thinking the same thing. It doesn't really make sense to drop the 250 and have a 160GB. They should have the 250GB and the 320GB available. That way their lowest SKU can match the best Xbox 360 SKU.

I agree with this. Next in retaliation MS is gonna release a 400 gig model then sony will release a 450 gig, the MS will release a 600 gi then sony will do a 800 gig it will go on until both companies reach infinity amount of gigs lol.

Word of warning about keeping all of your media on the internal PS3 HDD: if it goes tits up, you may lose everything if you haven't been backing up.
What's worse, the more you store on the PS3, the longer it takes to back everything up since the back up utility writes encripted archive files, not straight disc to disc copies.
Plus, you can't just plug your internal HDD from one PS3 into another an expect it to read since each HDD is individually keyed to the console it was formatted with.
It's best to keep most or even all of your video on an external drive, and anything on the internal drive should either be backed up or considered to be expendable data.
I lost about 300GB of video when my original PS3 died, some of which was not backed up, so just be aware.
lol I still have a 60GB launch PS3!
That would be nice... 100$ price cut on old models to clear STOCK. i guess this explain the over shipments made by Sony last Quarter... Ps3 sales will explode.
