Seems a bit weird that they can potentially drop the 250Gig down to 299 (probably still selling at a profit) and not actually retain it as the entry level sku once the 120's have cleared. Then just slot the 320 in at the old 250 gig price. Just go cheapo on the 120Gig sku, and not crowd the market with 4 sku's at the same time.

I was thinking the same thing. It doesn't really make sense to drop the 250 and have a 160GB. They should have the 250GB and the 320GB available. That way their lowest SKU can match the best Xbox 360 SKU.
