They're constantly adjusted on that level.

To the tune of 200 - 300k like someone else said, no.

I have the graph print screened from 17th July, has PS3 at 36.1 and 360 at 41.3, we've had 3 lots of sales since then.

Man the re-design is really helping MS. The only real added bonus outside of the redesign was the Wireless built in but everyone is gobbling them.

Looks like Nintendo needs either *another* price cut or re-design, then again who knows how well they will do this holiday season.

Should be something only like 100k for each console then. But it was not one of these weekly minor adjustments (most of which are only 5-20k).

PS3 adjusted UP a little.

Sales now: 36,634,461

PS3 marketshare up 0.1% too... now 24.1%.

Wii is loosing 0.1% marketshare every week now. I wonder if it'll fall under 46% by next year.

I honestly think there is a chance of the 360 outselling the Wii in NA this holiday.  Especially if Kinect is a huge success.  I'm not confident it will but there's def a good chance IMO.

If someone would have told me earlier this year or last year that the 360 would outsell the Wii worldwide for 7 consecutive weeks I would have laughed in their face.  And I don't see anything stopping it from outselling the Wii next week either.

My prediction is more in tact with what I think, but I don't know how a re design could cause such a huge uproar in sales... especially since it didn't even get a price cut or anything. Either 360 owners are all upgrading just because they want the best 360, or the new design makes consumers think it's a new console? Who knows!?

How long do people think the 360 will remain ahead of the Wii in America and WW? Even EMEAA?

Really?  I would LOVE to see both the PS3 and the 360 outsell the Wii, not because I'm a Wii or Nintendo hater, I do own one, but mostly because I think that the 360 and PS3 have done much more this gen in terms of trying to have large libraries of games for every kind of gamer.  The Wii, like every Nintendo system, has a fantastic 1st party but the 3rd party support is just terrible.

Also it would be a good change of pace!  I def think the 360 has a great chance of doing it and the PS3 has been so close to the Wii lately its certainly not out of the question......can't wait for the holidays there's gonna be some exciting numbers.
