My most recent near death experience (last night) has caused me to think about all the times I pretty much should have died but didn't.

I guess the absolute closest would be the time I was hospitalized at 5 years old with a trifecta of pneumonia, blood anemia, and throbbing chest pain. I had no idea I was that sick I just wanted to get out of the hospital so I could go to Disney world.

In the cool/illegal/stupidty category would be the time I ran across a train track when the train was pulling in.

Hmm,I think mine was when I was about to drown when I was a kid. And when my head was nearly rolled over by a van when i fell down while playing with my friend. I think I was about to get electrocuted, but I don't really remember that one.

Well I don't know about dieing, but I was about to kill myself about 25 min ago if chael sonnen actually beat anderson silva at ufc 117

Some wall parts fell off a building years ago. I wasn't exactly near it, but if it was off by 30 seconds, or a minute. I would have been crushed.

When I had surgery (I was about 5 or 6 at the time) the anesthesiologist screwed up. Luckily he didn't kill me.

Also last year I almost got hit by a car trice.

a few work buddys & i fall in an ambush in afghanistan. got hit by 2 AK bullets in my chest but thank god i had a dragonskin bulletproof west on. only had 3 rips broken an two big and ugly hematons.

I've had 4 near death experiences in my life...

1. When I was 5, I had almost got bit by a snake.

2. The motorcycle me and my friend were going on got hit by a car, and my friend, the driver went flying forward....I fell by the motorcycle...and a bus coming from behind almost went over me. I broke my arm that time.

3. When a robber came into my house with a gun...fortunately the asshole didn't do anything.

4. Most recently, about a year ago, I would have died if I didn't have a heart and liver transplant.
