So why do NTSC-U/C regions get shitty boxart most of the time? Yeah yeah i to will buy a game if it's good regardless of boxart but it's like they aren't even trying.Overuse of photoshop has killed box art when you can just rip a model and place it as boxart on the cover.Hell i'll even take concept art as the boxart if i had a choice.

I'll use the notorious N.A ICO cover as an example
