Seriously though it's because a hight percentage of gamers are males, and as a general rule most males are perverts.

I know I am.

Why are so many people perverts?  Well it's naturally in us.Hell i'm thinking about boobs right now as im typing this.

Nothing to do with gamers. It's culture. Sex is a primal human instinct. Breeding is built into the human DNA. Humans are sentient beings with the ability to generally control instinct. Controlling instinct however doesn't change that humans are still influenced by instinct. Unlike some animals humans won't kill other children of another man's after proving himself more worth to continue his genes.

In our many beliefs the higher self in encouraged. This means that the lower instinct self should not be in control. Often the beliefs become social norms, culture norms with no spiritual meaning. Sex is one of the prime instincts and so is seen that expressing sexual behaviour is against the norm.

In the end all humans(exceptions are not counted) are in a way perverts and it has nothing to do with gaming. However the sub culture of gaming only influences sexual stimulation. So seeing hot chicks from video games is just a view of the "perversion". I wonder what a country/culture would like if sexual expression was encouraged rather than frowned upon by the social norm.

Since when looking at pretty women is considered as perverted?

I'm a pervert first.  Gaming is secondary.  Perhaps you should have asked why so many perverts are gamers.

ever wondered what type of people play games like final fantasy, and stay on forums all day hyping about cute things like kibry, and getting excited about online split screen or new powers, well they aren't exactly the type of people who go the people, to parties, or spend time with girls./ its a jk :P

most gamers are men, and men are perverts, ever wonder how the porn industry is alive, its not women masturbating at home then watching a video review on youtube, its men. also most gamers tend to be from 13/25(in  my country a 4 year old can buy a mature game) so its horny kids playing games.

I know everyone said it, but like everyone else I want another post in my post count: it's because we're men!

1. Lying
2. Sexually repressed and may well go on to have mental problems in later life :P
