Portable 3D porn! ...wait.. this isn't a suggestion thread... *leaves thread*

This.

Also guys we all must know, that 3DS's 3D is way less intrusive to the eyes than a pair of 3D glasses from the theaters.

Nintendo 3DS is neat, im gonna get one first day, but thats no reason to downplay the other tech. LCD shutter glasses as seen in Nvidia 3D vision and PS3 works flawlessly, is not intrusive to the eyes and is more impressive than a glassless parallax barrier screen... Im wondering on what your are basing your statement of glassless 3D being less intrusive. For example, you could have said it was less hassle. But nothing prove that it is less intrusive, on the contrary, since LCD shutter glasses is already not intrusive to the eyes. Beware that in regular cinema its called polarise glasses, which is not the same technology and cause some ghosting.

I played it for almost an hour straight, hopping between one game and the next, with no nausea. 3D affects different people in different ways.

That's reassuring. And intreaguing.

What did you play?

Everything at the demo station at E3. To be fair, not that much was actually playable as a lot were tech demos, but the eyestrain is the same regardless.

Really the best thing of the 3DS is being able to disable it ?

Sure cuz the best thing on the PSP is the fact that u dont have to buy it !

This guy must be joking right ?

You have to remember, the 3DS is still significantly more powerful than the GameCube/PS2 so we will still get high graphic fidelity games for it, even if we choose to turn off the 3D or not.

The other tech for PS3 and 3DTVs in general is impressive, but it is intrusive to some. Try wearing glasses on top of glasses. It's annoying as fuck.

Also , i know that 3DS has way more to offer than 3D but reading all the hands on in the internet feels like 3ds is magical , also i a huge fan of 3d in movies, with glasses (dont matter what kind they are) i dont feel nothing even after watching a long movie like avatar i just  Looooove 3D, and i always sad even before 3ds that glass free 3d would be a blast and now that we gonna get it , i cant wait for it , still glasses area really intrusive for most people just like u sad try put glasses over glasses , also one thing we all should take note is THAT 3DS HAS A 3D SLIDER so u can adjust the level of 3d that u fell smooth and soft something u cant do at movies or in the PS3 or 3D TVs, and that way i think it is way less intrusive.

I'm definitely not the only person to be able to use the 3DS without eyestrain. You should look up more E3 previews. That said, there were a couple games that were just using the 3D so horribly it hurt, but only cause of the game, not the technology. Resident Evil 3DS was one of these. There are some 3D movies like this too. 3D can be used well or poorly, but Kid Icarus was one of the ones that used it well.
