Well I can't argue that the PC has way better deals for games and content but respect??!?  That doesn't even enter into the equation.

As for games - PC doesn't have Halo Reach so thats just thats not even close to true...

Oh and the guy in the video is an immature jackass.

Halo Reach won't be the end game for FPS just like how Halo 3 was never the king, until a motion control proves itself 100% and they make the games go ultra fast, I'll never acknowledge console FPS as real competitive gaming, not to mention console FPS is fucking up a lot of the ones on PC, but if you are a fan of the Halo stories, then I have no objections since it's always fun to follow stories that you like. I'm happy to know they made it harder though, that's what they claim anyways.

and no, I don't suck with the dual analog =P not even close, it's just ridiculous when you play Valve games on PC vs consoles is all I'm saying, difference in control and reflex are too big.

I remember the times when I was a PC only player. Good times, because the PC had a lot of good games back then.

But since the PS2 era, PC exclusives have become less and worse. PC gaming has been in a decline for years.

Graphics on multiplat games are better, but many times there is absolutely no noticable difference, except when you're playing the console and PC version at the same time on 2 different monitors. Keyboard and mouse is only better when you're not used to controllers.

Steam sucked so hard at the beginning. At least it's getting better and I'd almost call it good. If only the prices weren't so shitty here in mainland Europe...

Even then I'd rather pay 5€ more a retail copy than a full steam game.

If you want FPS, TPS, Sports games, Racers , Fighters, Action-Adventures, JRPGs, Sandbox games, Rhythm games get a console, if you like more MMORPG, Strategy , Simulation and Adventure games stick with the PC

I've used Dual Analog for shooters since the first Halo, and I can say I'm very used to it, and I can't agree with your sentiment on kbo and mouse only being better if you are not used to dual analog, it's more like a lot of FPS games have slowed down over the years to compensate for Dual Analog, and it's god damned sad.

If you have not only a PC but also consoles and you are not big on achievements or trophies(lame shits to start with,) then consoles are good for their exclusives and that's that since I can always plug in a 360 pad on my PC if I feel like it.

Very VERY poor excuse I hear all the time. The games simply have become more realistic. That's it.

It would be pretty sad if every FPS had the same controls as Quake or UT.

And if you still can't candle dual analog controls after all this time, then you simply suck at them. But please don't blame them for you inability.

Also lol at the last part. Millions of people love achievements/trophies to death. A very good reason to buy multiplat games on consoles. Again, you can't label them as shit just because you don't like them.

This is a complete lie. PC has more exclusives than ever before.

Actually, PC even has more games being developed than in all consoles combined:

Survey: 70% of Developers Working on PC

Some 70% of professionals in the game development industry are currently at work on games for the PC, according to survey data presented by Game Developer Research.

The survey sampled 2,000 game development professionals from North America and elsewhere, in which 70% of participants said that they were currently developing titles bound for PC and Mac. 43% are creating games for consoles and 28% for web-based platforms, while just 16% of those sampled working on titles for handheld platforms.

Among the console developers, 73% of those responding to the survey are working on titles for the Xbox 360, followed by 58%—which includes some of those same Xbox 360 developers—working on PlayStation 3. 42% of participants reported work on the Wii, while 15% are creating games for the PlayStation 2.

Within those developers working on handheld platforms, the Nintendo DS held the lion's share of the raw numbers with 75% of the developers working on the system. 45% reported development on the PSP.

70% of developers are on PC, while only 43% are on consoles, and that's not counting the web-based developers (which arguably could be considered PC developers)

Name one FPS that looks better and has even half as much content as Halo Reach.

It's pretty simple to me. PC games gives more freedom and more for their money when it comes to software especially when it comes to mods. Consoles usually has cheaper hardware but you will pay for it in the long with higher software cost. Of course since PC games gives you more freedom it requires more responsibility to keep up your PC.  Consoles are easier to operate yet that does come with a price of giving control over to N,S and M.

To be fair to him he never mentioned graphics or content. He just said it won't be the end game or that he'd accept it as competitive gaming due to the slower pace.

Why so defensive?

I'm sure PC is better as far as graphcis go,but I'm just so used to the game controller and I can't afford a high end PC. lol
