With release right around the corner, and Beta a (hopefully) fond memory I figured it was time for a new thread. The latest Dominion website trailer is what really inspired me. It is bad ass beyond belief and has reminded me exactly why I love the Starcraft story. I would embed the video if I didn't suck so much at foruming.

 The other cool bit I noticed was you can pre-download the client right now! Not terribly useful as it won't activate until 10am PDT of launch day, and you can get it at midnight but those getting a digital copy should find it good. And those, like me, who can get the cd key before the physical media will reach me for various reasons.

Still color me all kinds of excited. I can't wait to try out some of the campaign only units. Goliath + Thor means nothing in the air comes even close to my base! I am also curious to see if/how spider-mines work in this game. Of course that would mean using a Vulture over a Hellion, but I figure Raynor will force that issue on his own at some point anyways.

Anyways I am more hyped than ever personally. Despite all the non-sense rumors the single player should be rock solid with no major problems save content. Given Blizzards history there I can't see anyone expecting anything less than awesome here.

So is this going to be a national holiday in Korea?

TBH, I'm excited, though not as excited as I would have thought.

I'm extremely excited for the singleplayer, as I haven't played a good singleplayer in a long time.

Multiplayer I am excited, but except supcom, i've never played multiplayer that much. because I get bored for some reason

I'm with you. I am super fucking hyped for the single-player. Battle.net 2.0 though, and just the multiplayer in general, meh. I can't say I saw anything worthwhile in the beta at all.

Excited for the Sp campaign aswell.

But I'm just as excited for the multiplayer and mod games.

Can't wait for someone to make Dota for SCII.

I want to see some of the new games people come up with. The beta had a few interesting ones, but nothing remotely fleshed out. The ability to create an entirely new game with the level editor is mind boggling to me still though.

I never really played blizzard games online to begin with, more of single player kind of person. So I am way stoked for this game! I hope each single campaign is like 30 missions or more since they are split up now. I always liked the starcraft universe.

they did say each campaign will have about 26-30 mission and apparently many of them will be more involved unique and longer than the majority of the missions in starcraft 1.

im really excited, and after seeing the launch trailer i can't wait to play it, hopefully the game is coming to my country, i hate asia :(
