Digital Rape? Does any video-game actually feature that (outside of erogames and the like)?

Certain dudes on Halo can make you feel like you've been digitally raped.

So whats the problem with this legislation again?  I guess I am failing to see how this is such a horrible thing.

Darn you, Virginia!

But still, that's the parent's fault, they have to know how to raise their kids.

*sigh*

This should be the decision of the stores and the parents. The government has no right to censorship and decide what is appropriate for everyone. I know ten-year-olds that can handle "M" games much better then most of the kids at my high school.

Can they really decide what is right for the millions of underage children when each one is so incredibly different?

You know what else prevents homicides? Not selling weapons to people who's IQ is bellow 50 points.

Show me the law that says a five year old can't go into a store and buy Saw IV.

My advice to fanboys: Brag about stuff that's true, not about stuff that's false. Predict stuff that's likely, not stuff that's unlikely. You will be happier, and we will be happier.

Well they couldnt go to the Movie Theater to see Saw IV by themselves, but you are right they can go into the store and buy the DVD.  So you sound like you are OK with this?
