This should be the decision of the stores and the parents. The government has no right to censorship and decide what is appropriate for everyone. I know ten-year-olds that can handle "M" games much better then most of the kids at my high school.
Can they really decide what is right for the millions of underage children when each one is so incredibly different? |
Dont they already do that with Music and Movies? So how is this any different?

Show me the law that says a five year old can't go into a store and buy Saw IV.

Well they couldnt go to the Movie Theater to see Saw IV by themselves, but you are right they can go into the store and buy the DVD. So you sound like you are OK with this?
