Forums - Nintendo - So how do you fix the "Error Code: 32022" when Updating the Wii?

This is getting confusing.  Time to try a different approach.

Edit : also another note it says "Ver. 4.3U" on the Wii settings, even though i haven't updated it =/

Why do you say you haven't updated it?

it gave me the error, but it says Ver. 4.3U , its like the Wii thinks i have updated it, but its not updated. you know?

I don't know.  I think you are going to have to contact Nintendo and tell them that it errored during an update.

i've made a thread about my wiimote and the wii hating me and all , but now that i fixed my wii mote , my Wii still can't update ,  i want to buy stuff from the shop channel nintendo, i swear!

i want to check out/buy the stuff you people recommended.

Edit : also another note it says "Ver. 4.3U" on the Wii settings, even though i haven't updated it =/

Edit again : i already formatted it , and the update didn't go away, is nintendo insisting on me hacking their wii ? o_O;

edit take 3 : is there a way to remove the firmware? or atleast redo it?

#1) Check the channel settings on your router. Make sure that it's set to channel 1 or 11.

#2) Make sure the router is no more than 15-20 feet away from the Wii

#3) Check the Wii's DNS settings. You may need to change it to OpenDNS or something like that.

There is no way to recover that stuff. Unless you backed it up via SD card.
