According to VGC both Americas and WW the 360 software is comfortably outselling the PS3.

Fair enough.

But the actual top charts says different. 7 multiplat games in the charts all sold more on 360 that week.

MW2, Transformers, Fifa World cup, Lego Harry Potter, Red Dead Redemption etc. All outperformed PS3 software. And there is more exclusive 360 titles in the list. So 

Wierd.

Old games selling on Ps3 due to New Slim owners plus on Xbox Live u can download games as GTA 4 , Fable 2 etc...

^ Still completely bafling me how the PS3 overall is more, yet in the top 50 the 360 trounces the PS3 software sles. Every mulitplat looking at it further beats it's PS3 counterpart. And the 360 has more exclusives in the list. So how the hell is the overall higher for PS3?

On top of that, the 360 has 2 games in the top 10. PS3 has none.
