Ok, this is not supposed to be a thread to bash the 3DS or Nintendo, so try keep this fun, and don't start any sort of fanboy war in here.

...but as we all know, people out there are crazy and ready to sue the hell out of companies for any and no reason.

i have no doubt about that the 3DS will be a target of parents who claim their child became blind, cross-eyed, stupid, ect... by looking at a switched off 3DS at the mall.

now this is your chance to predict the reason for the first lawsuit and be that guy who always knew it and said it first

Parent sues because their child (under 7)'s eyesight was damaged, even though Nintendo's box CLEARLY states that no child under 7 should use this.

Sony sues Nintendo for the "slider pad" aka analog stick even though Nintendo introduced the analog stick first on the Nintendo 64.

I'll sue Nintendo for making me have too much fun.

but i'm gonna guess some kids (seeing as how nintendo si a kiddy system right, right right, lol) will take some naughty pictures in 3D and the parents decide to sue nintendo for this somehow.
