Um, the Club Nintendo site is acting really weird. All my to-do items are gone from the list, and it says that I'm not eligible to redeem the Character figurine set (Even though I am 150% sure that I can). I'm getting worried.

Perhaps this site need to be more accustomed to heavy traffic.

^ Well, the site was going slow for me too, to the point where it just didn't load.

I'm a platinum member and I'm getting the figurines.

It says I'm not eligible to redeem the platinum reward even though I got 600 coins and it even said Congradulations you got platinum status.
