Why did you think it was slated for a March release?  They want to sell 6 million systems before the end of March, that suggests to me release in multiple markets quite some time before March.

If 3DS comes out this year then it would kill off DS sales, but if it comes in March 2011 then DS will have one last Christmas boost. Would love to see it hit 150M soon.

I hope that the 3.D.S comes out in October 2010.

Any guesses on games we'll see @ launch?  Kid Icarus Uprising, Star Fox 64 and Pilotwings Resort seem the farthest along, but I dunno?

The sooner the better. With every passing day I get a little bit more excited about 3DS.

The GBA sold 20 million when the DS was launch. It still sold. The DS will sell 150 million units lifetime sales. I think that is enough lol

I actually agree with you. I alreadyy have to limit my wishlist for Christmas with all the Wii games I want. A March release date will give me time to make enough money to save up for it while not sacrificing the Wii.

Or...you could buy a 3DS in December, sell it just before Christmas, buy all the Wii games you want and still have enough money for a 3DS when they come back in stock around March.

The only reason I would want a march release is for my wallet. I have five games to buy this winter and if Nintendo gave me 3DS I'd need to buy another three or four games not to mention the system. Other then that I want the system in my hands as soon as possible!
