Also, you are lieing out your ass. Because the beta hasn't even started yet. The game is currently in a transition between alpha and beta. and yes there was some criticisms of the battle tempo being too slow. But it was re-vamped and made to be similar to that of XIII. But other than that. The game has recieved high praise from ALPHA testers and gaming critics as well.

u luk at preview from respcts site, evry1 saying it shud be ff online-2. evn in this thread. ff mmo is taking up dev time tht cud be used for ffxiii-2 or ffxv. ffxiv is used as cash cow for th company, it luks very uninspired.

So, your falling into the group that is just butt hurt that this is a main stream title? Yes FFXIV will be a cash cow. WoW is a cash cow. Aion is a cash cow, and almost every subscription based MMO that is successful is a cash cow. But it is titles like this that keep Square-Enix in the black and also lead them to have more money to make MORE Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest/Kingdom Hearts games.

Also for the sake of not completely derailing this thread. If you would like to speak of this any further. Then please let us continue over wall posts or private messages.

FFXI had something like half a million subscribers as recently as 2008, and is still a top 10 MMO in terms of the revenue it generates. FFXIV will be a much, much bigger deal than you're giving it credit for.

Hoping for a X360 announcement at TGS.  That would be MAJOR! Screens look quite nice.



 How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.
