The guy who was at E3 but refused to show me Noctis's shoes!

Nomura spends more time on the DS than any other platform these days. I doubt he's a Sony fanboy.

He may be one of those types that prefers exclusivity for visionary reasons and whatnot, which would explain his games generally being exlcusive to one platform or another (both DS and PSP getting their own Kingdom Hearts games, for example), and which is a sentiment I highly respect, but that's about it.

Kojima, on the other hand, hasn't directed a game that wasn't at least timed exclusive to a PlayStation platform since his MSX days. Starting with MGS3, his last three titles were fully exclusive.

Wrong, Kojima didn't make a single game for 360, it was Konami's decision and he is not handling that game at all, the only reason why he made an appereance on the MS show was the moneyhat, he has very little to do with Rising.

Aside from MGS2: Substance, which was timed exclusive to the Xbox and PC before coming to PS2 (along with extra content).

Eh, MGS1 made its way to PC eventually. Aside from those two, all exclusive.
