What do you expect from the vitality sensor tomorrow?

being AAA like BalanceBoard/Motion+ 6 27.27%

like the wiiwheel, sells by one AAA software 6 27.27%

A Wii Zapper, b/c of its sell and purpose 2 9.09%

Only there because of son... 0 0%

A unique AAA software complementing WiiFit 3 13.64%

A failure/ < 10 million sold 5 22.73%

Total:22

The question really describes in it a nutshell. What do you expect from the vitality sensor tomorrow?

- Wii Zapper meaning it provides a different control method but won't sell as well like the balanceboard and motion plus

- like the wii wheel means it will sell well by bundling with a game that is bridge title like mario kart but not something with mini-games like WiiFit/Wii Sports Resorts. For example, Wii Vitality sensor is bundled by a game like Phoenix Wright but unlike Phoenix Wright, 20 million people will buy it.

You guys can add your own opinion if yours isn't up above. I should have added others reasons, my bad.

Wiirelax - slogan: Feel, breathe and live heathly.

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

Not much.  Ubisoft already showed their version tonight and I'm not expecting Nintendo's version to be much different.

Ubisoft ruined my hope that it would be awesome.

Some vitality sensor like product, and I assume nintendo might not want to focus on it now. The product they showed was breating exercise....thats about it.

I expect a PR nightmare, and seven million copies sold of its ONE title.

3rd parties will never make more than 4 games for it.

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

I'm pretty sure Nintendo's vitality sensor can do more than just breathing excercising.

This, i mean just look on the size of what Ubi showed , was to simple, and for PCs, i sure Nintendo will come up with at least one core game for it.

GO PATS! 2012 THE YEAR OF NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS'S 4TH SUPER BOWL!

A patriot to the end. GO PATS!

The vitality sensor will measure your hart rate and saturation of O2 on blood as a minimum so it can have a lot of applications, my bet is they will try to complement the balance board i'll give examples of what they could do with vitality sensor:

Measure your heart rate so you can have a better calorie count and can apply to you and only you.

Measure your heart rate on a survival horror and use it on original ways (make it more hard when you are relax, etc) there could be other application on games using only that feature (as a more shaky cam or some blur)

Measure your O2 saturation on any exercise game to tell you if you are breathing well or not

I'm sure it have a lot of potential but the software (as always) will be what explodes it.
