An easy 2. Good games and a new 360 barely balance out the Kinect focus.

Over half of the 360 userbases is in the Americas, so your ESPN statement is full of crap and flatly contradicts your no new announcements assessment below. Overall, brilliant analysis.

ESPN will mean nothing because o look at my 60 inch HD tv that I spent thousands on and can just easily turn on with one button. Even with a smaller TV why would I turn on my Xbox (another appliance) to see ESPN while I can easily turn on the TV.

Also there was no new announcements, as in game announcements, we already knew all the games shown are coming out.

Interesting note I just found, there apparently was no mention of NFL or NHL games being part of the service. They showed an NFL game during the presentation but never actually said NFL or NHL.

From what I heard, NFL in HD is exclusive to DirecTV.

so they may only have MNF games then? Or maybe just nothing..

Who knows, but no football is quite a shock seeing as how it's the biggest american sport.

Worst MS conference ever...

Abandoning their core crowd with no game at all except sequels everybody knew were coming (yay Gears 31 and Fable 12, nothing new under the sun except a handful of shooters)

Then space ponchos and Kinect sports / Kinectimals... Seriously ?? So Kinect, the supposed "revolution in gaming" was just a 150$ Eyetoy after all ?

That was as pathetic as it can get...
