Apparently there's an 83mb version of the trailer up on Sony's press site that doesn't look like ass like the ones on Gametrailers and the Killzone website do. Gamersyde has been nice enough to upload it in both 60fps and a less compressed 30fps version.
Yes, a 60fps version. Why, mighy you ask? SamBishop over on gaf sheds some light on that:
3D has literally jacked the engine into overdrive. You have nothing to worry about on the framerate front if you're playing in 2D; even in the game's year-out unoptimized state, the 2D version would regularly swing above 30 and into damn near 60 territory when playing it a few weeks back.
If anything, 3D is actually benefiting you 2D-only folks (and yes, I am one of you despite being utterly floored by 3d tech lately) by forcing the engines to spit out more frames and thus giving you a smoother game without the fancy pants TV. As for whether or not the game will be locked at 30, that's something Guerrilla says they're debating, but you're getting a vastly improved engine even with all the increased detail. Dancin' time.
Edit: Stupid quote boxes still don't work in OPs. The above two paragraphs are the words of SamBishop!
