I really do hope so!

Madden used to be the biggest on a Playstation console (PS2). It could be returning to that type of situation now that the PS2 is near death.

Or, Madden has more lenient buyers on the 360, who will just buy it when it comes out. Madden will definitely be overshipped, so these buyers won't have to worry about finding a copy first day/week.

This is likely the case, more casual audiences don't tend to pre-order, and more casual Madden fans likely went to 360 this gen.

Same deal with Tiger Woods Wii vs 360 vs PS3.   In preorders the Wii version is lagging hugely, but in actual sales it'll likely come out on top again.

i think the best case scenario for REACH would be 1 million preorders. worst case 500,000 but thats still good because it will easily sell 5-8 million in september
