Forums - Sony - Sony revealing games pre-E3 just damage control?

I think they are throwing those away to occupy people and reduce the risk of bigger things leak (first part move games, psp2 hardware details etc)

Do you honestly feel like you would have been surprised by anything that has been anounced so far?  Perhaps LBP2 but even that had a lot of forewarning.  I don't think they've reuined anything that could have been a huge surprise during their conference.

They could be just building up the hype and then show something real about all those games they've announced. A real trailer instead of a teaser, gameplay... You know, something like that. Or maybe they do have some bigger announcements.

I don't know, this thought came in my mind as well. But I doubt they'd do it as 'damage control'. And I'm not sure if I care either, they've got a great lineup for both E3 and the future as well.

Killzone 3 will have us talking more than Agent ( Impression)

Surprises like 3DS, NATAL, Zelda which many have said will be the biggest reason either Nintendo or MS will will E3?

Yeah cus Selnor put up a rumour a few days ago saying Agent would go multiplat, so its a possibility.

There are a lot of possibilities. Solid_Snake4RD made a good point and it is to build hype. It could be to stop leaks an save face, but I find it unlikely. It could very well be trying a pre-emptive strick against Microsoft, unless all these games use motion controls.

Yeah cus Selnor put up a rumour a few days ago saying Agent would go multiplat, so its a possibility.

How would that help Sony though and their press conferance?

Instead we would be talking how MS stole another Sony Exclusive while I would be talking about that crazy gameplay video from Killzon 3.
